Reports To: Operations Manager / Projects Coordinator.
Role Purpose:
To drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into confirmed sales through relationship-building, product demonstrations, site/client visits, and strategic engagement with decision-makers in the construction ecosystem.
This role is crucial in bridging the gap between lead generation and actual sales by aligning client needs with the unmatched value of C-MAX's EPS construction technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Field Sales
- Follow up on qualified leads from marketing, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person site and office visits to decision-makers developers, contractors, architects.
- Present the C-MAX EPS system using real project data—focus on cost savings, build speed, and quality.
- Handle objections and close deals with a strong follow-up strategy.
- Meet with potential clients developers, architects, engineers, contractors both in person and virtually.
- Demonstrate and present C-MAX EPS panels and building system benefits in a simplified, relatable, and results-driven manner.
- Understand the key decision drivers for clients cost, speed, quality and communicate C-MAX EPS advantages in measurable terms e.g., % cost savings, project time reduction.
- Address objections and confidently negotiate contract terms to close deals.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Actively follow up on leads generated from digital marketing, exhibitions, referrals, and outbound efforts.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, meetings, conversations, and status in the CRM system.
- Ensure a consistent flow of leads is moving through the sales funnel.
- Convert prospects into paying clients within a defined sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and follow defined sales cycles.
Market Penetration & Business Development
- Conduct outbound activities including cold calling, office visits to developers, and site visits to ongoing projects.
- Identify and visit potential new projects under development.
- Build long-term relationships with key industry players engineers, QSs, project managers.
- Attend construction events and trade shows to grow brand awareness.
- Build and sustain relationships to encourage specification of C-MAX technology in projects.
Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise with the technical team for site demos, estimates, and technical support.
- Work closely with the technical team to support proposal development and technical presentations when needed.
- Share market insights with management to improve sales strategies and messaging.
- Contribute to joint sales planning with the marketing and digital team.
- Work closely with the digital and marketing team to align messaging with field insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B construction sales or real estate solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of construction industry decision-makers and project life cycles.
- Ability to simplify technical content for non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and digital collaboration tools.
- Valid driving license with 2+ years of active driving experience.
