Job Overview:
A leading FMCG Company in UAE is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executiveto be based in Jebel Ali, Dubai – UAE. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives that support business objectives, ensuring legal compliance, managing employee relations, and leading HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end process of recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and JAFZA regulations (including employment contract and visa process); act as the point of contact with Government Authorities.
- Manage employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and support a high-performance and inclusive culture.
- Oversee and enhance performance management processes, including KPIs, performance appraisals, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Implement training and development programs that align with employee and organizational growth.
- Coordinate with the monthly payroll, end-of-service settlement, and drive for rewards and recognition programs.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures; ensure they are communicated and followed across the organization.
- Coordinate with employee engagement and retention strategies, including reward programs, recognition, and internal communication.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to the Management, such as weekly recruitment report, monthly hr report, quarterly appraisal report, and annual HR budget.
- Oversee the HR filing and documentation (both physical and system records), update the HRIS regularly, and approve the employee Requests through HRMS.
- Perform other related tasks / duties as required.
Skills
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior executive or managerial role, preferably in the FMCG or Retail sector.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labor law, JAFZA procedures, and best HR practices.
- Proven experience in managing a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
