Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the IT operation in the headquarters assigned
- Coordinate the activities corresponding to the IT operation at the assigned site.
- Manage the resolution of tickets that require different attention, and that come from escalations generated by FS analysts on site.
- Support the activities generated from Onboarding for the implementation of new accounts.
- Generate reports regarding site status and FS analyst performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic Knowledge of Infrastructure VoIP
- 1 Year experience in coordinating FS Operations
- Training in Information and Computer studies
