Social Media Manager- KE
Job Description - Create and post content for our facebook page and other social media pages, including funny and informative captions, simple graphics and photo posts, memes, and filming and cutting of original video reels
- Community management – daily spam check across the channels; approving comments when necessary and quick response/monitoring of comments following guidelines
- Interacting with other members of the Facebook community, including partnerships with influencers and participation in viral challenges
- Monitor trends across channels, and ensuring time-to-market for the content distribution is efficient
- Overall management and administration of your assigned channels, including managing follower growth, commercialization, follower engagement, and general look/feel of the channel
- Work with the Social Media Managers, Video team, and other team members to devise and implement our content and social media strategies
- Weekly monitoring and reporting on output and engagement for different channels
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign success.
- Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative Facebook marketing ideas.
- Familiarity with relevant tools for social media research, tracking, and campaign management.
- Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in social media marketing.
