I'm looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform AEP Specialist to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Adobe's powerful data-driven marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Platform.
- Configure schemas, set up data ingestion pipelines, and integrate with Adobe and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment.
Data Management & Integration
- Design and manage customer data architecture within AEP to support evolving business needs.
- Oversee integration from multiple data sources to maintain accurate and unified customer profiles.
Customer Insights & Segmentation
- Leverage AEP to build actionable customer segments and insights.
- Partner with marketing teams to enable real-time personalization and campaign targeting.
Optimization & Innovation
- Continuously evaluate platform performance and recommend enhancements.
- Stay current on AEP updates and trends, driving innovation across customer data strategies.
Training & Support
- Provide training and documentation to internal users.
- Act as the go-to expert for platform-related issues and best practices.
About You
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform AEP.
- Solid understanding of customer data management, data schemas, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem products like Adobe Analytics, Target, or Campaign is a plus.
- Proven track record in platform implementation, data integration, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
