Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives, leading and motivating a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead marketing and sales team
- Lead sales and marketing team to achieve annual and long-term sales goals
- Develop marketing and sales strategy, goals, milestones, and marketing and sales plan
- Supervise team members – business development manager, assistant marketing and sales manager, and local sales coordinator.
Lead sales and business development efforts
- Develop and implement long-term sales and business development strategy
Work with company directors to refine long term marketing strategy
- Interface with customers to understand their needs and wants to continuously refine the company’s messaging
- Determine best channels for reaching target customers
- Supervise the creation of professional marketing content to drive sales
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors' degree in business administration, marketing or related field
- Certificate in leadership, project management or other relevant areas
- 3-5 years in sales
- 2 years experience leading a sales team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
