We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to take on a strategic role overseeing a high-performing team across multiple industry verticals, with full P&L accountability for volume-based business. This role involves managing and scaling a team of Account Managers and Sales Executives, while driving both new client acquisition and the growth of existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible fora expanding the client base by securing new logos, while also strengthening relationships with current clients through exceptional service delivery, proactive account management, and operational excellence in volume recruitment and staffing solutions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Drive the acquisition of new clients across sectors by identifying prospects, initiating contact, and opening doors for business opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach and pitch to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure—supporting and guiding the team throughout.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in new client acquisition and expansion into new segments.
- Relationship Management & CNPS Ownership
- Serve as the primary relationship custodian for key clients, ensuring high engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Own and drive improvements in Client Net Promoter Score (CNPS), championing client experience across all touchpoints.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning TASC’s offerings to create long-term value.
- Service Delivery Oversight & Client Success
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Service Delivery, and Operations teams to deliver a superior onboarding and post-sales experience.
- Proactively resolve client issues, escalations, or concerns, with a strong focus on responsiveness and service excellence.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and client expectations, implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Strategic Market Development
- Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new industry verticals and expand TASC’s footprint in both mainland and free zone entities.
- Leverage market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Government & Regulatory Liaison
- Foster relationships with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Free Zones, DED, etc.) to support client onboarding and enhance service reliability.
- Stay informed of regulatory changes impacting visa, PRO, and company formation services, ensuring alignment in client communications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client solutions.
- Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract finalization in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Innovation & Process Improvement
- Promote automation and digital transformation initiatives that improve client experience, reduce turnaround times, and enhance operational transparency.
- Encourage a culture of agility, responsiveness, and innovation within the sales function.
- External Representation & Thought Leadership
- Represent TASC Corporate Services in client engagements, business forums, and industry events.
- Actively promote the TASC brand, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted partner for corporate services and workforce solutions.
Skills
Qualification:-
- University degree. Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Skills and Competencies
- 10–15 years of progressive experience within the corporate services, outsourcing, business setup, or professional services sector in the UAE, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or client-facing sales role.
- Relevant experience in Contract Staffing, Volume Recruitment, Managed business services or solutions
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and enterprise sales from government and semi-government organisations, with the ability to consistently deliver results in a target-driven, service-led environment
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client portfolios, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction and ability to motivate and lead a team of people successfully towards a revenue target and ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and convert executive-level relationships across corporate, government clients, and international stakeholders.
- Commercially savvy with ability to understand numbers and manage an independent P&L
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are mandatory
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to map an organization, network within the customer to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
