We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in trading secondhand footwear across multiple brands.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the footwear and second-hand industry and a strong ability to drive sales growth, acquire new clients, and maintain strong customer relationships.
This role involves developing strategic plans, managing key accounts, ensuring quality standards, and following up on payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach in the second-hand footwear market.
- Have good understanding about recycled shredded materials.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales approaches.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Address client concerns and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all products sold, addressing any concerns promptly. New Client Acquisition:
- Proactively seek out new clients by researching the market, attending industry events, and leveraging personal networks.
- Develop and implement client-specific strategies to convert leads into long-term business partnerships. Sales Strategy and Lead Generation:
- Create and execute innovative sales strategies to generate leads and increase the company’s footprint in the second-hand footwear sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Account & Payment Management: Manage relationships with current customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Follow up on payments to ensure timely collections and maintain financial stability.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that all deliveries meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and business development of second-hand or pre-owned shoes, or a closely related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
