Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
- Manage and organize company documents and records
- Assist with visa processing and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
- Coordinate with government and legal entities when necessary
- Support HR and management with other administrative tasks
Skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Female, Filipino nationality
- Prior experience in administrative roles (preferably in real estate or similar fields)
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa processing and legal compliance
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
