Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in the lubricant sector. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing visual assets for various marketing materials, product packaging, label designs for lubricant brands and digital content, helping to strengthen our brand identity and communicate effectively with customers in a highly competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing Visual Assets: Create eye-catching graphics for print and digital media, including product packaging, labels, brochures, advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and website visuals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand’s guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Product Packaging Design: Design labels, packaging, and promotional materials that communicate the technical benefits and quality of our lubricants in a visually appealing way.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop designs for sales brochures, labels, banners, flyers, posters, and trade show displays that highlight our products and services.
- Digital Design: Create engaging content for digital platforms such as website graphics, social media posts, email newsletters, and online ads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and product features to design effective visual solutions.
- Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and competitor designs in the lubricant sector, suggesting fresh and innovative approaches to design.
- Print Production: Prepare designs for print, ensuring proper file formats, color accuracy, and print quality standards are met.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize designs, ensuring quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
Skills
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience (2-5 years) as a graphic designer, preferably in the lubricant, automotive, or manufacturing sectors. Experience in product packaging design, label designs is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Corel draw, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), and other design software. Knowledge of 3D design tools for product visualization is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong creative vision and ability to generate innovative and visually compelling design solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with technical or industrial designs.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Understanding of the Sector: Knowledge of the lubricant industry and its marketing challenges is advantageous, with a strong ability to translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand visuals for the target audience.
- Degree in Design: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
