Field Sales Specialist – Building Materials
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling building materials, particularly in sanitary ware, plumbing items, and ceramics. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and retailers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market.
Promote and sell a wide range of building materials, including electric water heaters, WCs and their fittings, wash basins, and a lot more.
Provide technical product knowledge and support to clients.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
