Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnerships Manager located in Dubai. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships, managing accounts, and building strong relationships with partners. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing partnership opportunities, developing and executing partnership strategies, and maintaining effective communication with partners. The goal is to enhance our service offerings and expand our market reach through strategic collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Partner Onboarding & Activation: Drive the activation of new B2B partners, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to structure partnership models that align with business goals.
- Enablement & Training: Develop partner enablement materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure partners are well-equipped.
- Performance Optimization: Track and analyze partner performance, ensuring they are actively contributing to revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to optimize their contribution and resolve any roadblocks.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine activation strategies.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
- Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems and activation strategies.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans
- Prior experience in the finance industry or relevant field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
