About the role: As the Sales Manager – Corporate & Government, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and key decision-makers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the hotel's revenue objectives and market positioning.
Responsibility:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors to expand the hotel's client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations and close agreements with corporate and government clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record in the GCC market and/or government sector sales.
- Ability to build rapport with senior-level clients and government officials.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong cultural sensitivity and understanding of the GCC region's business etiquette and dynamics.
