Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, and tracking of all project-related documents (incoming and outgoing).
Ensure proper document control in line with company and client standards.
Maintain orderly records of drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
Coordinate document flow among internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Monitor document status, including revisions, submission deadlines, and approvals.
Prepare and maintain logs, transmittals, reports, and basic administrative records (e.g., meeting minutes, attendance sheets).
Perform document archiving and retrieval following the company’s document lifecycle procedures.
Support audits, file migrations, and other project administration tasks as needed.
Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Document Controller in a construction or steel structure project.
Familiar with project documentation procedures and common EDMS platforms.
Good command of English; Arabic and Chinese is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Exposure to ISO 9001 auditing systems in a previous role is a plus
