The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR initiatives, managing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance appraisals. The HR Manager sets the tone for the HR department and plays a key role in driving organizational success.
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with MHRSD regulations, local labor laws, and organizational business objectives.
Offer expert advice and updates to executives and directors on MHRSD and local labor law changes, ensuring organizational compliance and strategic alignment.
Keep executives and directors informed about key developments in MHRSD regulations and local labor laws, offering guidance and insights as required.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve issues.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.
Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Manage performance appraisals, compensation, and benefits.
Identify training needs and implement development programs.
Ensure legal compliance and provide HR metrics for decision-making.
Skills
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a deep understanding of its complexities.
- Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi/Dubai Labor Law.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction industry, with similar role experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to various audiences.
