We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, managing documentation and client communication, ensuring smooth back-office operations, and delivering exceptional front-desk service. - Provide full administrative support to the sales team, including preparing and processing sales and leasing agreements, MOU, Form A/B, and other documentation in line with DLD regulations.
- Maintain and update property listings across portals and internal databases.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and status updates.
- Assist in compiling comparative market analyses (CMAs), client proposals, and presentations.
- Liaise with clients, agents, and developers to coordinate property viewings, document submissions, and transaction milestones.
- Ensure all legal and compliance documentation is prepared and archived correctly (Title Deeds, POAs, NOCs, Ejari, etc.).
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure properties are correctly listed and promoted.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, delivering a warm, professional welcome.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure reception and common areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle courier deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, and company correspondence.
- Provide general office support and assist in administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
- Experience: 2–4 years in a sales administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry in the UAE.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with DLD regulations, RERA forms, and end-to-end real estate transaction documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., PropSpace, Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and real estate listing portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages (Urdu, Hindi, Arabic) are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Customer Focus: Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset, comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
